Why is shipping so cheap?
We use Canada Post Oversized Lettermail to save you money! Standard shipping with a tracking number costs about $25.00 for a product that’s only $9.99—we think that’s too much.
Does it come with tracking?
No. To offer the low $4.20 rate, we ship without tracking. If you need tracking, please contact us before ordering for a quote on the $25+ tracked shipping option.
How long until I get my order?
It’s quick! We ship from London, Ontario. Expect your order in Business Days (Mon-Fri):
* Ontario: 2-3 Days
* Eastern Canada (QC, Maritimes): 3-4 Days
* Western/Far Canada (MB, SK, AB, BC, Territories): 4-7+ Days.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery standards are not guaranteed with Lettermail. Once shipped, it is out of our hands. Please allow a few extra days, especially during holidays!
